Cancellation Policy

No Show and/or Cancellation If you’re no longer able to keep your appointment, please give us a call and cancel at least 24 hours prior. This helps us with scheduling others and rescheduling you.  If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hour there will be a cancellation service fee of $50. Any service(s) valued at $150 or more will require a cancellation service fee of $75. Cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If you are a NO SHOW, there will be a NO SHOW FEE of $25 which will be due at your next appointment. If you are a NO SHOW twice you will not be able to schedule your appointments.    

Deposit

There is a 50% deposit due when booking an appointment. If you child is 8 and under please book their appointment under Orchid Babies. DO NOT make an appointment under Orchid Babies if you are older than 9 years old. Getting on the books to "hold a slot" is not acceptable. Deposits and scheduling an appointment are taken very seriously. We want to respect your time and we ask that you do the same for us. 
Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred one time when rescheduling you appointment.  

Orchid Babies 

Customers under the age of 8 are welcome! However, if your little one is not able to sit and be serviced alone, it will be difficult for us to service them efficiently. We ask that parents and guardians not sit in the shampoo chair, or “hover” at the stylist station while your little one is being serviced. Once your consultation is complete and your requested services are communicated, please trust our stylists to gently and patiently accommodate your child’s needs.

COVID

All clients must wear a mask entering the salon. Masks must be worn through the stylist process. If you feel sick, been exposed to COVID, or tested positive for COVID, STAY HOME and quarantine for at least five (5) full days. Wear a well-fitted mask if you must be around others in your home. Even if you don't develop symptoms, get tested at least five (5) day s after you last had close contact with someone with COVID-19. 

Before returning to the salon we ask that you get tested and email or bring a copy of your NEGATIVE test results at your next appointment. 

TAKE-OUT (Take-down service)

If you did not pay for a take down or detangling services, you must take out and detangle your hair before your appointment.
